Welcome to Kennard-Dale High School! Our school houses approximately 800 students in grades nine through twelve. Our classes are offered in a traditional scheduling format, in which students take seven classes each semester with class periods being 52 minutes long. Students benefit from curriculum guided by Pennsylvania State Standards, which is delivered by highly qualified teachers and specialists in student-focused, learning environments.
Our Faculty is dedicated to meeting the unique needs of individual students throughout their high school career. We strive to maintain an appropriate, yet rigorous, balance between academic, social, emotional, and physical needs of our students. We realize the traditional school setting does not meet the needs of everyone. Therefore, we also take pride in offering students the option of taking classes through our own Cyber Academy. Additionally, we have an Alternative Education Program called S.O.A.R. (Solutions, Opportunity, Attitude, Responsibility).
To complement our strong academic program, students at Kennard-Dale High School may participate in a variety of activities, both co-curricular and extra-curricular. Students have many opportunities to excel at Kennard-Dale High School and we are committed to providing our students with classrooms that are interactive and challenging learning environments. We have experienced continued academic success over the past several years. Our goal is to remain student-centered and at the forefront of education.
