HealthConnect mobile health care program - Free health care services for uninsured families in York County such as: treatment for short-term illness (sore throat, cough, earache, etc.), preventative health (immunizations), treatment for minor injuries, school and work physicals, women's health services, and help with prescriptions and medical supplies.
