Healthy Roster Information

South Eastern School District has chosen to implement a program called Healthy Roster to improve communication regarding athletic injuries and participation status. Healthy Roster is an app used for injury management. Parents, coaches, and athletic trainers are able to communicate in one secure place to expedite communication, care, and return to play. Athlete care and communication will become simply and proficient. 

The benefits to this program include:

  • Fully HIPPA compliant 
  • Quicker injury reporting and assessment requests
  • Allows team based approach to injuries and recoveries
  • Decreased wait time for athletes with return to play communication
  • Increased parent communication and involvement
  • Follow-up service recommendations

Parent Procedure

  • Read terms of services and privacy policy and sign related form in the physical packet
  • An email will be generated when your athlete is entered into Healthy Roster
  • Accept invitation along with terms and conditions
  • Use the athlete specific code to access your athlete (Do not share this. Each athlete is linked to a specific code)
  • Request assessments, upload documents, and communicate with athletic training staff regarding injuries
Coach Procedure
  • Accept invitation to view specific team only
  • View participation status of each member of the team
  • Request an assessment of an injury
  • Participate in communications regarding injury return to play status
Athletic Trainer Procedure
  • Enter each athlete into Healthy Roster and send parent invitation email
  • Respond to assessment requests
  • Communicate with parent and coach regarding injuries and return to play status
By utilizing Healthy Roster, the athletes of SESD will receive expedited assessments and an improved circle of communication surrounding their injuries and participation status. Parent involvement and knowledge will increase and athlete's will reap many benefits from these improvements.
